Excellent machine. Warm and professional staff.

It was a very nice open bore machine. My head was actually out of the machine for my lower back MRI. I would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone who is claustrophobic. The staff was also very helpful.

It has been a very pleasant experience. The personnel is very welcoming and the waiting list is very short. It would definitely be a clinic that ill refer to my family and go back if needed.

After having a MRI experience in the hospital at IRM Sud Ouest, they have the latest open machine technology which made a whole difference. This being said, secretary's gave me an appointment as soon as possible and the medical staff was very professional in their job as well.

I was terrified to proceed with the lavage that was recommended by my Dr. I showed up at IRM Sud-Ouest finally. The team was professional and very warm. Dr Benabu is incredible he has hands of gold. I gained back my mobility and my pain is gone. Don’t wait. Request Dr. Benabu he is a miracle maker.

Very quick to give us an appointment compared to other imaging clinics. Moreover, the radiologist was very kind. He explained the situation very clearly and wasn’t in a rush like in other places where they seem annoyed to listen to you or answer your questions.

I was able to get my initial appointment pretty quickly. The staff is professional and has always been pleasant. I have had an MRI and ultrasound-guided injections at the clinic. All experiences have been positive. Dr. Benabu has made 2 years of pain in my shoulder go away. He follows up and wants the best for his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Benabu and the IRM Sud - Ouest clinic.

Sweet 16! Over the past decade, I had consulted 15--yes, 15!--health professionals and spent thousands and thousands of dollars to treat the pain in my shoulder. After a failed calcific barbotage in early 2019, almost by accident, I found myself at this clinic. Within minutes of the first treatment, the pain was miraculously gone. I've had a second, and the third will come in a few weeks. Dr. Benabu knew exactly what the problem was, how to fix it and had a very clear treatment plan. He's my new best friend, and Michelle, his assistant, was courteous and empathetic. Totally flabbergasted!!!

Le Dr Yves Benabu est plus qu'un médecin attentif, professionnel doté d'un grand sens d'humanité. Il est aussi magicien: mes traitements se passent très bien, je n'ai pas mal. Je suis du genre à devenir très nerveuse dans un cabinet médical. Les dames à la réception sont aussi accueillantes. Cela rend mes visites beaucoup plus faciles à gérer. 🙂

J'ai passé une Échographie aujourd'hui 18 Août 2020, Le monsieur qui me l'a passé j'ai malheureusement oublié son nom est excellent, il explique tout ce qu'il fait ou vas faire, c'est quelqu'un de très respectueux et proffessionnel. Excellente expérience.mille Merci

Je n'avais jamais eu d'IRM et avec le Dr Rehany et son assistante Michèle j'ai été vraiment bien accueillie et réconfortée pour la procédure. J'ai même eu un RV 3 semaines après ma demande, car il y avait eu des annulations. Génial. Je dois y retourner et maintenant je sais à quoi m'attendre. Très professionnel et rassurant.

J'ai eu un infiltration à la cortisone aujourd'hui. J'avais tellement peur; a ne pas en dormir de la nuit.On m'avait dit que ça fesait vraiment mal ... Mais, surprise! Je n' ai rien senti du tout !!! Merci a toute l'équipe pour vos bons soins et surtout au MD Yves Benabu qui a su me rassurer par sa gentillesse et son calme. Il est a l'écoute de nos préoccupations et nos angoisses. Mon expérience a été super. Je suis ultra clostrophobe. Avec 2 ativan ca cest super bien passer. Le personnel etait gentil ils mont rassuré et mon montré la macine avant de commencer il te donne des écouteurs avec de la musique
